Mistake analysis: comb-out and slippage — and how to avoid them. Where the hair comes from: donor vs factory hair and how they differ. Selecting hair for each client and calculating your cost price. Where masters lose up to 40% of their profit — and how to keep it.
Day 2 · Practice and business
Working on a live model. Hand positioning and finding the perfect twist for you. Practising safe hair removal. The financial model: how to actually earn from hair extensions. How to find clients and build your client base in your first year. Diploma ceremony.
